This trick is Aircel TCP trick based on VPN and working with 3G networking tested by me and my friends so don't comment about not workking. It is working in Bihar my friends told me that it is working in bihar and I think this works in all India so just try this trick in your state and tell me about your experience.

- Download Aircel TCP VPN trick from below link
- Install NMD VPN software, If you do not have click here to Download
- Now put downloaded config here C:\Program Files\NMDVPN\config
- Open NMD VPN (Windows 7 and windows 8 user Run as Administrative)
- Now just and enjoy free trick :)
Mobile User (Android)
- Download and extract config in SD Card
- Go to play Store and search for Open VPN for Android or Simply click here to download Open VPN
- Install Open Vpn in your android device
- Add Aircel 3G TCP Config to Open Vpn
- Connnect, Run and enjoy
